These are stories of customers that initiated charge backs or bank disputes or requested and insisted on refundation without any apparent reason, and this way they cheat and essentially steal your money after receiving the final product. All listings and information on this page refer to true incidents. If it turned out that a problem arose which is our responsibility, we have always refunded our customers' payments. Listings that appear on this page will not be removed; and it can be backed up with complete correspondence that we had with the listed "customers", or with email notifications that we received from the payment processors.

Why do we have a blacklist page? When customers initiate disputes with their credit card companies - credit card companies usually do not cross check with the sellers; so you are not in position to defend yourself - your money is stolen, period. The least that can be done is to identify such people for the safety of other sellers and webmasters.

Catherine Hubbard from Thunder Bay; Canada, spark0987@tbaytel.net, purchased Manual surf 16 php script, after she installed it, it turned out that server where she have hosting account is behind extremely restrictive firewall which prevented communication between script and our licencing system + she did not set correct CHMOD for some files and folders. After we suggested possible solutions (contact hosting company to release connection to our licencing system script or change hosting provider), she of course requested refundation! And it is clearly stated on our site that: we are not responsible for any kind of script - server incompatibility; we do not offer refundation on sold scripts except if it turn out that script do not work because of bug it have. So, to save my time on resolving the claim she might open, she received refundation! Be warned - AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS NON-EDUCATED AND ROOD "CUSTOMER"!
