Q: Do I have to open account at PhpCgiShop.Com to be able to purchase scripts?
A: Yes. You can ad items to shopping cart without account, but to be able to pay for scripts/services and to download      items you purchased, you need to open account at our site.

Q: How can I pay for script or service at PhpCgiShop.Com?
A: We currently accept PayPal, E-Gold and all major credit cards via 2CheckOut.

Q: Do you offer money back guarantee?
A: Due to digital nature of products we sell, we do not offer money back guarantee. However, you can get refund if script      you purchased really do not work.

Scripts Delivery

Q: Do I have to open account at PhpCgiShop.Com to be able to download script I purchased?
A: Yes. Download procedure is automated and requires from you to open account at our site.

Q: Do I have to log in to my account to be able to download script I purchased?
A: Yes. Otherwise you will not be able to download items you purchased.

Q: When will I receive purchased script?
A: Purchased script delivery is automatic. Script you purchased will be available for download immidiatelly after the      purchase. Just log in to your account and download items you purchased.

Q: Where is my download link placed?
A: Login to your account, click on link "Orders" in the top left sidebox, click on order ID link (ID looks like #528), and you will      see link for downloading your script and bonus package.

Q: How long will my download link remain active?
A: All download links are active for 30 days from the time of purchase.

Scripts Troubleshoot

Q: I installed the script but I receiving follwing error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: curl_init() in
    /home/www/yourwebsitename/html/sut/admin.php(42) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code(1) :......?
A: There are three possible reasons why you see this. First is that your server do not have CURL module installed,      second is that your server do not have ZLIB module installed and third is that you need to enable REGISTER GLOBALS      on your hosting account. Note that this is not a script error. You can resolve this problem by contacting your hosting      provider.

Scripts Unlock Key

Q: When will I receive script unlock key?
A: First you need to install script, then you have to configure unlock key request file and finally execute script for the first      time. Every script have detailed instructions on how to request unlock key. You can not receive unlock key before you      execute fully installed script.

Q: What if I want to change domain where script is/will be installed?
A: You can change domain where script will be installed once in every 30 days. Just contact us with new domain name,      your name and order ID number.

Q: What if I want to change domain where script is/will be installed more than once in 30 days?
A: You can change domain where script will be installed more than once in every 30 days but additional $10 fee will be      applied. Just contact us with new domain name, your name and order ID number.

Q: Cases like: "I did not received unlock key" or "When will I receive unlock key?"
A: For correct unlock key request procedure, please open install.txt file that is included in php script zip archive.      Everything is explained there, but just in case you missed something, here are the main steps you need to take to      receive unlock key:
     1) Locate file which need to be edited prior to requesting unlock key, name of the file you can find in install.txt file!
     2) You have to enter your email in this file. If you fail to do that, you will NOT receive unlock key.
     3) Now you need to install script. Follow instructions in install.txt file (usual php/mysql scripts installation procedure).
     4) Now you have to execute file where you entered your email address and where you will enter unlock key.
     5) To execute that file browse thru links in admin area, or simply use script as always, and you will execute it soon.
     6) Once you will see screen LIKE THIS instead of your script - you just requested unlock key!
     7) If you did not requested unlock key by executing file where it will be entered, then unlock key can not be delivered!
     8) Unlock key request procedure is automated and depends on four things. First is that you enetered correct domain       name where script wil be installed in form after the purchase, second is entering correct email address where you       want to receive unlock key in file that is mentioned in script installation instructions, third is executing correct file in       admin area of the script to initiate unlock key request and fourth is that you paid for script and your payment is not       fraud.  Since unlock key request and generation is automated, we can not send you unlock key if you did       not requested it by executing script admin area (explained above), or if you entered incorrect email address.
